Getting your tires installed
Buying tires? We can ship directly to your shop of choice, just specify the shops address info during check out.
How do I choose an installer?
Look for an experienced tire shop that can service your vehicle, wheels, and tire type. Check recent customer reviews and ask about their experience with your vehicle.
Will a shop mount tires I bought elsewhere?
Policies vary. Call ahead and confirm that the shop accepts customer-supplied tires. Share your vehicle details and the tire size and model, and ask about any restrictions before bringing your tires in.
Who pays for installation and related fees?
Plan to pay your chosen installer separately. Ask for an itemized quote covering mounting, balancing, valve stems, tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) service or setup, and old-tire disposal. Confirm which services are needed, what is included, and any additional charges before authorizing work. The Tire Ninja does not set or control an independent installer's services, pricing, or availability.
What should I do before my appointment?
Confirm your tires have arrived, check the size and quantity against your order, and ask the installer to verify suitability for your vehicle before mounting. Confirm the appointment, expected service time, and anything you need to bring, such as a wheel-lock key.
What paperwork should I keep?
Keep your tire purchase receipt and the installer's itemized invoice. Ask the installer to record the work performed and explain any service warranty or follow-up recommendations.
