Refund policy

At The Tire Ninja, we want you completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return any new, unused tires within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus applicable restocking fees and shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our part—such as receiving the wrong or defective item we will cover the return shipping costs.

Shipping Responsibility

It is solely the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipments are sent to the correct destination. Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.

If a shipment is refused, shipping costs will not be refunded. Any costs incurred due to refusal, such as return freight fees, will be the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Processing Time

You can expect your refund within approximately two weeks after the returned item is shipped back to us. 

Restocking Fees

The Tire Ninja reserves the right to apply a 10% restocking fee on all returned or canceled orders. 

For rejected return requests involving tires that are fully functional and undamaged, return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
